I've started reading & reviewing other people's work over here: http://www.harrypotterfanfiction.com/. It's typically very easy to tell the younger, less experienced writers from the older more experienced ones. Some have been writing for years, and you can see the evolution of their writing skills.
We've done NaNoWriMo adult programs at our library for a few years now. I'd like to engage more younger writers, and also find ways to engage fan fiction creators at the library ... I've previously only interacted with them through online alter-egos.
